Quelles cons\u00e9quences pour le march\u00e9 automobile et plus particuli\u00e8rement pour les flottes professionnelles\u00a0? On vous explique tout\u00a0!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<hr \/>\n\n<p><\/p><p><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le principal objectif de ce nouveau test, venant remplacer le <strong>NEDC (New European Driving Cycle)<\/strong> datant des ann\u00e9es 80\u00a0? Pr\u00e9senter au public des valeurs de consommation se rapprochant beaucoup plus d&#8217;une utilisation en \u00ab\u00a0conditions r\u00e9elles\u00a0\u00bb, et ainsi \u00e9viter les mauvaises surprises sur le long terme\u00a0! Il s&#8217;agit bien entendu d&#8217;un protocole standardis\u00e9, des diff\u00e9rences seront donc toujours possibles, mais l&#8217;ambition est de diminuer l&#8217;\u00e9cart au maximum pour plus de transparence.<\/p>\n<!--more-->\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour cela<strong> les conditions de conduite sur le test sont plus dynamiques<\/strong> (distance plus longue, vitesse moyenne sup\u00e9rieure et quatre phases de conduite diff\u00e9rentes). R\u00e9sultat\u00a0? Les valeurs de consommation devraient augment\u00e9es en moyenne de 20% par rapport aux r\u00e9sultats du NEDC. Selon <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jato.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">le cabinet de conseil JATO<\/a>, les \u00e9missions de de CO2 de v\u00e9hicules neufs en Europe ont augment\u00e9 de 9,6 grammes\/kilom\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p><p><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le test WLTP est lui m\u00eame une proc\u00e9dure mise en place dans le cadre de la norme Euro 6c, qui fixe les \u00e9missions de particules fines \u00e0 6&#215;1011 particules\/km pour les moteurs essence \u00e0 injection directe. Des choix seront \u00e0 faire sur la production de certains mod\u00e8les, trop polluants\u00a0: vaut-il le coup de les revoir afin de les conformer aux nouvelles normes de valeurs d&#8217;\u00e9missions ou est-il plus simple d&#8217;arr\u00eater la production de ce mod\u00e8le en particulier\u00a0? La dur\u00e9e de r\u00e9-homologation des v\u00e9hicules s&#8217;annonce \u00e9galement comme un vrai d\u00e9fi. <strong>\u00c0 l&#8217;heure actuelle, seuls 20% des v\u00e9hicules commercialis\u00e9s ont pass\u00e9 le cycle WLTP. La route est donc encore longue\u00a0!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><\/p><hr \/>\n\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Quelles cons\u00e9quences sur les flottes\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<hr \/>\n\n<p><\/p><p><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Qui dit augmentation des valeurs d&#8217;\u00e9missions dit augmentation de la fiscalit\u00e9\u00a0!<\/strong> En effet, de nombreuses obligations mises en place par les \u00e9tats europ\u00e9ens en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;\u00e9missions de polluants sont calcul\u00e9s en C02. Les chiffres augmentant, de nombreux v\u00e9hicules neufs seront ainsi soumis \u00e0 une taxe li\u00e9e aux rejets de ce gaz \u00e0 effet de serre et au fameux malus \u00e9cologiques. Ces cons\u00e9quences fiscales sont aujourd&#8217;hui impossibles \u00e0 chiffrer\u00a0: il faudra attendre d\u00e9but 2019 et la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation de la proc\u00e9dure pour pouvoir \u00e9tablir un premier bilan.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p><p><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pour les gestionnaires de flotte, la norme WLTP est une r\u00e9elle pr\u00e9occupation.<\/strong> Selon <strong>le dernier barom\u00e8tre flottes publi\u00e9 par l&#8217;OVE<\/strong> (Observatoire du V\u00e9hicule d&#8217;Entreprise) d\u00e9but juillet ce n&#8217;est pas moins de<strong> 47% des gestionnaires de parc fran\u00e7ais interrog\u00e9s (44% pour l&#8217;Europe) qui anticipent un impact majeur du WLTP sur leur flotte dans les trois prochaines ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir.<\/strong> Ce chiffre monte jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 72% pour les entreprises de plus de 250 salari\u00e9s, poss\u00e9dant un parc plus important de v\u00e9hicules. N\u00e9anmoins, seuls 17% des interrog\u00e9s ont r\u00e9pondu que leur car policy avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 impact\u00e9e par ces tests (33% chez les tr\u00e8s grandes entreprises). <strong>Parall\u00e8lement, 59% entreprises prennent en compte les \u00e9missions de C02 dans la planification de leur car policy.<\/strong><\/p> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12112\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mobilitytechgreen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/driving.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mobilitytechgreen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/driving.png 1000w, https:\/\/www.mobilitytechgreen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/driving-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/www.mobilitytechgreen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/driving-768x512.png 768w, https:\/\/www.mobilitytechgreen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/driving-260x173.png 260w, https:\/\/www.mobilitytechgreen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/driving-272x182.png 272w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/>\n\n<p><\/p><p><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comment faire face \u00e0 ces nouvelles normes\u00a0? <strong>Pour les gestionnaires interrog\u00e9s, le d\u00e9veloppement des \u00e9nergies alternatives au sein de leur flotte pourrait constituer une solution durable.<\/strong> 41% des gestionnaires de parc sond\u00e9s envisagent ainsi l&#8217;introduction ou le d\u00e9veloppement d&#8217;\u00e9nergies \u00ab\u00a0propres\u00a0\u00bb dans leurs flottes dans les trois ans \u00e0 venir, avec une pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour l&#8217;hybride (30%) suivi par le v\u00e9hicule \u00e9lectrique (26%).
