Carsharing seems to interest more and more real estate developers! One thing’s for sure, parking remains one of the biggest issues when planning the construction of a new habitation complex. As part of an innovative real estate program, everything is taken into account. The energetic footprint, the access conditions of the site, the launch of additional services (concierge system, etc…). So why not include mobility in this global strategy? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This kind of reflexion is rather new. The study lead in november 2017 by the french research laboratory Audiar found only 16 initiatives of residential carsharing in France and only 1 in Switzerland. The french ones being mostly located in the Parisian region. All accounted for, these projects proposed 27 shared vehicles for 2300 accomodations. A number that proves that these initiatives are democratized in these two countries. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But in almost two years, things evolved. More and more recent property programmes include a carsharing solution in their range of services. This acceleration being encouraged by financial and environmental arguments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition of these elements, one of the goals of carsharing in real estate programmes is to accompany users during the transition from ownership to the use of a vehicle on-demand. In particularly cluttered urban areas, citizens are aware that they need to change the way they travel. But getting rid of an individual vehicle can be a source of anxiety. That’s what revealed the study led by Audiar in 2017. In order to reassure, users have to be be well-informed, even before the launch of the new service. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The research agency advices to lead an inhabitant survey to list their actual needs and establish a classification of the most commons travels. With a fitted offer, they are reassured and the adoption of the service is easier. Financial and operational benefits also have to be clearly displayed when presenting the offer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The survey also shows that households fear that if they give up their personal vehicle their budget dedicated to travels will rise even more. Another source of anxiety is that if they share a vehicle with other people, they will spend much more time organizing their trips. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un nombre qui d\u00e9montre bien le caract\u00e8re limit\u00e9 de ces mises en place sur les deux territoires. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

En presque deux ans, les choses ont \u00e9volu\u00e9, avec de plus en plus de programmes neufs incluant une offre d\u2019autopartage dans leurs services aux habitants. Cela \u00e9tant aid\u00e9 par des arguments financiers et environnementaux. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans des contextes urbains denses et encombr\u00e9s<\/strong><\/a>, les citoyens sont conscients de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de changer sa mani\u00e8re de se d\u00e9placer. Pourtant, abandonner la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 d'un v\u00e9hicule personnel peut s'av\u00e9rer anxiog\u00e8ne<\/strong>. C'est ce qu'avait r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 l'enqu\u00eate r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en 2017 par Audiar. Afin de limiter ces angoisses, un v\u00e9ritable accompagnement des utilisateurs <\/strong>doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9. Et ce, m\u00eame avant le lancement du service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le cabinet conseille ainsi d'effectuer une enqu\u00eate en amont aupr\u00e8s des habitants<\/strong> afin de d\u00e9terminer au mieux leurs besoins et la typologie de leurs trajets. Cela permettra d'offrir au lancement une offre r\u00e9pondant au mieux \u00e0 leurs attentes, permettant ainsi une \"r\u00e9assurance\" et une adoption plus facile. Les avantages financiers et op\u00e9rationnels doivent \u00eatre \u00e9galement expos\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re claire lors de la pr\u00e9sentation de l'offre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une r\u00e9flexion commune et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie sur de nombreuses ann\u00e9es, et qui fonctionne aujourd'hui depuis 2011. Le dispositif est aujourd'hui viable financi\u00e8rement.<\/strong> \u00c0 l'\u00e9poque de l'\u00e9tude, la coop\u00e9rative \u00e0 l'origine du projet pr\u00e9parait un nouveau dispositif avec cette fois-ci 18 v\u00e9hicules partag\u00e9s pour 64 logements ! \u00c0 noter que l'ensemble des projets de cette collaborative ont une v\u00e9ritable dimension \u00e9co-citoyenne et collaborative<\/strong>.
