One thing&#8217;s for sure, parking remains one of the biggest issues when planning the construction of a new habitation complex. The energetic footprint, the access conditions of the site, the launch of additional services (concierge system, etc&#8230;). So why not include mobility in this global strategy? <\/p>\n<!-- \/divi:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- divi:paragraph {\"className\":\"justify\"} -->\n<p class=\"justify\">This kind of reflexion is rather new. The study lead in november 2017 by the french research laboratory Audiar found only 16 initiatives of residential carsharing in France and only 1 in Switzerland. The french ones being mostly located in the Parisian region. All accounted for, these projects proposed 27 shared vehicles for 2300 accomodations. A number that proves that these initiatives are democratized in these two countries. <\/p>\n<!-- \/divi:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- divi:paragraph -->\n<p>But in almost two years, things evolved. More and more recent property programmes include a carsharing solution in their range of services. Associating a parking spot to a housing can dramatically increase the costs of operation. That&#8217;s what revealed the study led by Audiar in 2017. With a fitted offer, they are reassured and the adoption of the service is easier. L<strong>\u2019<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.audiar.org\/sites\/default\/files\/documents\/etudes\/autopartage-residentiel-web.pdf\"><strong>\u00e9tude<\/strong><\/a><strong> men\u00e9e en novembre 2017 par le cabinet de recherches rennais <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.audiar.org\"><strong>Audiar<\/strong><\/a> r\u00e9pertoriait seulement <strong>16 initiatives d\u2019autopartage immobilier en France<\/strong> <strong>et 1 en Suisse.<\/strong> Les initiatives fran\u00e7aises \u00e9taient principalement situ\u00e9es en r\u00e9gion parisienne. \u00c0 elles toutes, celles-ci proposaient 27 v\u00e9hicules partag\u00e9s pour 2300 logements. Un nombre qui d\u00e9montre bien le caract\u00e8re limit\u00e9 de ces mises en place sur les deux territoires.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph {\"className\":\"justify\"} -->\n<p class=\"justify\">En presque deux ans, les choses ont \u00e9volu\u00e9, avec de plus en plus de programmes neufs incluant une offre d\u2019autopartage dans leurs services aux habitants. Comment ? En faisant le choix de ne pas construire de parking pour l'immeuble ! \u00c0 la place, ils ont opt\u00e9 pour un dispositif leur permettant de partager <strong>3 v\u00e9hicules entre 8 familles<\/strong>, et d'utiliser exclusivement les transports en commun ou le v\u00e9lo pour leurs trajets domicile-travail.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Une r\u00e9flexion commune et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie sur de nombreuses ann\u00e9es, et qui fonctionne aujourd'hui depuis 2011. <strong>Le dispositif est aujourd'hui viable financi\u00e8rement.<\/strong> \u00c0 l'\u00e9poque de l'\u00e9tude, la coop\u00e9rative \u00e0 l'origine du projet pr\u00e9parait un nouveau dispositif avec cette fois-ci 18 v\u00e9hicules partag\u00e9s pour 64 logements ! \u00c0 noter que l'ensemble des projets de cette collaborative ont une v\u00e9ritable <strong>dimension \u00e9co-citoyenne et collaborative<\/strong>.
